You may request a return if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

• If approved, your refund will be initiated within 3–7 working days.
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method or store credit, based on your preference.

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery.
